The best sushi I've ever had. Sushi is artfully arranged, which I appreciate. Everything we ordered was delicous! It was expensive but worth it. Limited wine and drink selection but we were there for the sushi - so we overlooked that.
Pros: Cool vibe, decor Cons: limited alcoholic choices and expensive

The rainbow rolls here are awesome! I went for the first time the other day and was a little hesitant on how fresh or authentic the place would be based on "Cowtown," but I loved it!

Cowtown Sushi is awesome... I have been here several times and never had anything I didn't love. Fresh and tasty.
